Cameron & Tia are hosting a Pickleball Party! Come spend your Saturday afternoon at Dropshot playing pickleball, enjoying pizza, and experiencing an alcohol-free tasting.
You'll rotate through Dropshot's amazing courts and their party room playing a few games, enjoying your tasting, and having down time to eat pizza and chat.
Your ticket includes:
- 4 hours of fun
- An alcohol-free tasting of 5 different tastes guided by Lucille's - an amazing bottleshop based in St. Paul. You'll get to try spirits, wines, and ready-to-drink options. Throughout the event, there will be both an alcohol-free signature d(r)ink and ready-to-drink mocktails available for purchase, as well as the products experienced in your tasting - TOTALLY optional, but on hand if you find something you love and want to take home.
- A casual pizza party where you can get to know new and old friends. There will be light activities during this time as well.
- Fun ladder-style pickleball play: you'll submit your casual pickleball rating ("I've played a bit and feel comfortable with rules but not with strategy") or your DUPR rating. We'll start everyone playing games at that level and then you'll progress playing with new partners throughout the ladder. We'll hopefully get you in games where you feel comfortable and competitive!
Who's this for? Our friends, our future friends, friends of friends of friends - anyone who wants to come out and meet new people with a side of pickleball. Note: this is not a competitive pickleball tournament. This is an experience-first event centered around fun pickleball play.
Bring your best pickleball outfit, inside shoes, water, and a paddle. Don't have a paddle? Let us know and we can hook you up. You'll be able to put your bags/keys/wallets in the party room.
