The Timeline Wizard is a otherworldly tool full of behind-the-scenes magic (think formulas upon formulas) that creates customized wedding day timelines for you. The tool is an Excel Spreadsheet where you enter all of your important information (couples' names, photographer's names, sunset, travel time, etc) and it automatically creates a tailor-made timeline. This toolkit also includes all of the supporting materials to help make timeline creation a breeze: The Timeline Starter Questionnaire (a short questionnaire that we send to our clients to gather the important information), four sample timelines, The Timeline Delivery document (how we package up their timeline to send to clients), and a video tutorial teaching you how to maximize the potential of the Timeline Wizard. 

The Timeline Wizard is the ultimate tool to help you draft up timelines with ease. You can put together customized timelines for your clients with the click of a button. Seriously, it's that simple. With these tools in your back pocket, you'll be a client-genie granting all of their greatest wishes.

Please note that while there are many customizations that you can make with the Wizard (for example, customizing the order and length of time you take to complete each section of the day) there are some specifications for which the Wizard was built. The Wizard is created for full-day coverage, but you can adjust and manipulate to cater to hourly coverage (such as an 8 hour package). Additionally, the intended purpose of the Wizard is for traditional weddings versus elopements.
